Let’s Talk Shipping and Legal

All shipping packages are shipped via Canada Post “Small Packet Air” service out of Alberta (Canada). Please allow for a delivery window of 2 - 4 weeks depending on your country, holiday season, weather events, etc. When ordering please keep in mind, that in order to offer free shipping certain luxuries are forfeited such as parcel tracking and fixed delivery times.

All items are carefully packaged in a well made, padded box. They are not shipped in a bubble mailer like most retailers.

Refunds

There are no refunds on lost parcels without tracking - we simply do not have the volume of orders to cover lost packages. However, for your peace of mind, a proof of our paid shipping label affixed to your order can be provided if requested.

There are refunds on lost parcels with tracking - which you can add for an additional $8.95. This is the actual rate Canada Post charges.

Defective Returns

Defective items may be returned, at buyers cost, for a refund; and must land at our office door within 45 calendar days of purchase and be in like new (or new) condition.

  • Refunds will instantly be issued soon as the item has been confirmed defective.

  • Refunds will not be processed for returns that are lost in the mail.

  • Refunds will not be issued due to buyers remorse or non-defectiveness (i.e. lack of understanding of product application, technical requirements, etc.). In this unfortunate circumstance, item is forfeited and no refund will be issued.
